Processing Time

  • On demand orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and UK holidays) after receiving full payment. 
  • In stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days  (excluding weekends and UK holidays) after receiving full payment.

International Shipping

Tracking Information

No Refund and Exchange Policy

Damaged Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

Address Changes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address once the order has been processed.
